What the service is

Things to Say is a planning tool that helps users deliver personal messages to recipients at a future time or after a selected well-being check-in. The User is the author, rights holder and person responsible for the lawfulness of the content. Things to Say is not the author, approver, representative or official sender of user messages.

No delivery guarantee

  • Delivery depends on the user's settings, timezone, correct recipient details, internet connection, email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, devices and other third-party systems. We use reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee delivery to the exact second or in every case.
  • A message may not be cancellable after its delivery task is triggered. Delays or failures are handled under the applicable credit-refund policy; this is not a promise that third-party services will be uninterrupted.
  • An access link may provide access to message content. Sharing, screenshots or copying by anyone who receives the link is outside the Provider's control.

User and recipient responsibility

The User is responsible for the message content, media, recipient contact details, the permission to contact the recipient and the consequences of the content. A recipient may delete a delivered message or opt out of future occurrences of a recurring message. The Provider will handle recipient access or objection requests to the extent technically possible and legally required.

Emergencies and official notices

The service is not an emergency service, health monitor, crisis-intervention service, security alarm, formal notice, will, financial instruction or life-critical communication channel. Use the relevant emergency, medical, official or professional channel for those situations. A missed well-being check does not prove that anything has happened to the user, and does not mean that the Provider has made such a determination.

No endorsement

Delivery through Things to Say does not mean that the content is accurate, reliable, lawful or endorsed by the Provider. Messages are personal user statements, not official notices, legal opinions or statements by Things to Say.

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, liability for intent or any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
